Bandai's Pokémon model kits (called Pokémon Plamo, or 'Pokepla', in Japan) are snap-together plastic kits that need no glue or paint. Most need no tools at all, which makes them a favorite first model kit for kids and adults.
This page lists every kit Bandai has released since 2009, newest first: the tiny Quick!! and Quick!! Lite kits, the bigger posable Select Series, the BIG kits, the Fossil series and the special movie sets. Prices are Japan retail including tax; US prices are usually a little higher. Four early kits (No. 12 Zoroark Evolution Set, 19 Pikachu, 20 Victini and 26 Keldeo) are left out until we can confirm their release dates.
Release dates are for Japan; US stock usually follows a few weeks later.
Bandai started the Pokémon Plamo Collection in September 2009 with three evolution sets from Pokémon Gold and Silver. Through the early 2010s the line focused on legendary Pokémon and evolution sets, often tied to the yearly movies.
In 2020 Bandai relaunched it in a big way: the Select Series got bigger, more posable kits like Gengar and Rayquaza, and the new Quick!! line made tiny kits anyone can build in minutes. Quick!! Lite (2026) goes further, with parts that come already separated.
